granted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">After all, this is the only way I experienced the world and did not think much of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">But that all changed when a good friend of mine had to undergo an eye operation and although it was a success, he had to keep his eyes closed for almost 2 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">I visited him consistently during those weeks, and I realized how hard it was for him to adapt to his temporary condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">That made me think long and hard about my own eyesight, and it urged me to find ways to protect it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">You see, our eyes are very sensitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Direct sunlight can damage the retina, looking into your laptop without blue-light protection can cause eye strain and blurry vision, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-m4m.chd01.com\/pro\/uploads\/account_1424\/1441\/gdnwar86-2.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">And although, in time, our&nbsp;<strong>vision starts to weaken<\/strong>, that doesn't mean we have to accelerate the damage even further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">That's why an annual check-up, U.V. protection glasses, and other measures are extremely important in ensuring that your eyesight is protected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">However, when you have diabetes, all of that might not be enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">When you suffer from&nbsp;<strong>diabetes<\/strong>, your eyesight is more at risk than ever because you're predisposed to the following&nbsp;<strong>complications<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-m4m.chd01.com\/pro\/uploads\/account_1424\/1440\/gdnwar86-3.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><em>blurry keep your eyes healthy, there are certain minerals and vitamins that you need to consume daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">This way, you can prevent the horrible side effects of diabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">I recommend you consume daily or at least every other day the following foods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><ul><li>walnuts<\/li> <li>brazil nuts<\/li> <li>cashews<\/li> <li>peanuts<\/li> <li>lentils<\/li> <li>chia seeds<\/li> <li>flax seeds<\/li> <li>hemp seeds<\/li><\/ul><\/td><td><ul><li>lemons<\/li> <li>oranges<\/li> <li>grapefruits<\/li> <li>spinach<\/li> <li>kale<\/li> <li>collards<\/li> <li>carrots<\/li> <li>sweet
