{"id":33,"date":"2022-10-10T15:54:11","date_gmt":"2022-10-10T15:54:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/usahealthresource.com\/?p=33"},"modified":"2022-10-10T16:36:14","modified_gmt":"2022-10-10T16:36:14","slug":"eating-this-cuts-your-lifespan-in-half","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/usahealthresource.com\/index.php\/2022\/10\/10\/eating-this-cuts-your-lifespan-in-half\/","title":{"rendered":"Eating This Cuts Your Lifespan in Half"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>More evidence has come to light, and you need to know this: <strong><u>eating ultra-processed foods kills you<\/u> slowly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The more ultra-processed meals you consume, the more likely you are of suffering from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>cancer<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>cardiovascular disease<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>type 2 diabetes<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>celiac disease<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>multiple sclerosis<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The research was conducted in Europe, over the course of 10 years, with over 105,000 participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the results were shocking!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For <u>every 10% increase<\/u> in the amount of ultra-processed foods the participants consumed, the risk of:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211;&nbsp;<em>cardiovascular disease<\/em> increased by <u>12%<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211;&nbsp;<em>coronary heart disease<\/em> increased by <u>13%<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211;&nbsp;<em>cerebrovascular disease<\/em> increased by <u>11%<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another study showed that those consuming more than four servings of ultra-processed food each day were <strong>62% more likely to die<\/strong> from any cause compared to those who ate two meals or fewer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the relative risk of premature mortality <strong>increased by 18% with each additional serving of ultra-processed food<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>But why are ultra-processed foods so dangerous?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simply put, they contain too much sodium and refined sugars instead of nutritional compounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Without the later, your body lacks the vital nutrients to function properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a time, once your body has been given poison for too long, it will start to break down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first signs are quite hard to miss:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>weight gain<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>sleep issues<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>pimples and acne<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>mood swings<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>depression<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>low energy<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>more headaches<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>stomach problems<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>nausea<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And from this point on, the chain of reactions is set in motion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your body won't be able to fight all the poison and keep you healthy, all at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to avoid the terrible cost of eating these deadly foods, then you are one step closer to a bulletproof health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here's what you should never purchase from the grocery store ever again:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><u>Soft drinks<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Packaged bread and buns<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Chips<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Candy<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Store-bought ice cream<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Boxed cake mix<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Instant noodles<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Infant formula<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Breakfast cereal<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Energy bars<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Flavored yogurt<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Chicken nuggets<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Fast food burgers<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><u>Hot dogs<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, start buying from farmer's markets and choose the bio, healthier version (less sodium, less sugars).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I guarantee that the change will be visible.
